UNAVETS has added three new clinics to its network: the Avenida del Puerto Veterinary Clinic in Valencia, Tordera Veterinary Clinic in Barcelona and Santa Apolonia in Coimbra.

With these three new acquisitions, UNAVETS strengthens its presence in Catalonia and the Valencian Community, with 14 and 8 centers, respectively, as well as continuing to deepen its presence in Portugal, continuing to offer top-level veterinary care to a wider range of regions across Iberia.

Policlínica Veterinaria Avenida del Puerto (POVETVAL)

Policlínica Avenida del Puerto  (POVETVAL), located in Valencia, is directed by Richard Pérez and Paco Casabán. It is a well-known veterinary center with 25 years of experience focused on preventive healthcare, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
The center has an experienced staff of four veterinarians, five nursing assistants and a groomer. The facilities have everything necessary to provide quality healthcare, including a consultation room,an operating theatre, a hospitalization area, laboratory, and modern imaging equipment with X-ray and ultrasound scan. Veterinary services are complemented by those of a specialized pet store and a grooming salon.

The Tordera Veterinary Clinic is a practice in the province of Barcelona. It is directed by Carme Gómez, who has over 20 years of experience in the sector. The clinic has a team of seven professionals, including one assistant, five veterinarians, and one groomer.
The practice offers a wide range of veterinary healthcare services, including consultations, surgeries, hospitalization, lab work, imaging diagnostics, a retail pet shop offering, and a grooming salon.

Santa Apolonia Veterinary Clinic

In Portugal, Clínica Veterinária de Santa Apolónia, located in Coimbra, has joined OneVet Group (part of the UNAVETS Group). The center, founded in 2008, is led by Dr. Ana Madeira, Clinical Director, with more than 20 years of experience and differentiated training in veterinary acupuncture, as well as experience in the areas of ultrasound, surgery and integrative medicine. The clinic has a team of three veterinarians, a veterinary nurse and two assistants, who have contributed to the sustained growth of the unit. The clinic has its own online retail store and offers veterinary services in preventive medicine, internal medicine, orthopedics, acupuncture, surgery and 24-hour emergency. The clinic's facilities include two consultation rooms, a recovery area and an equipped surgery room.
