Regarding the Marconi Group, it is an integrated private investment management company, with a strong focus on the deployment of M&A platforms. It specialises in investment, asset incubation and development, portfolio management for value enhancement and focuses on operational improvement and repositioning.

Among the professionals who will join the UNAVETS team, Manuel Amador will be in charge of operations. Amador has 30 years of experience in companies such as Pfizer and Zoetis.

Alongside Amador, Jaime Díaz will be in charge of marketing and alliances. He has experience in different multinational corporations, and recently was the manager of the Asociación Madrileña de Veterinarios de Animales de Compañía (AMVAC).
